What’s the difference between Regular and Deluxe?
Both FlexPlan options add QuickShine refills, reusable spray bottles, a CLEAN 2-pack and a POLISH cloth to the four sheet packs. Deluxe replaces the regular spray bottles with EverGlass bottles and adds a FrogPop 4-pack and NeatKeep storage tin. The welcome accessories arrive in your first box.
Can I buy it once?
Yes. Select One-time above the offer. You receive four sheet packs, with no repeat deliveries. Bottles, QuickShine refills, cloths and other welcome accessories are included only with FlexPlan first orders.
Is FlexPlan a subscription?
Yes. Both Regular and Deluxe FlexPlan renew with the four main sheet packs: BioPure, FreshRinse, PureStep and SafeGuard. Choose delivery every one, two or three months. Your renewal amount is shown with your selected interval in the offer box.
What if I need refills more or less often?
Change your delivery frequency or cancel your FlexPlan subscription in your customer portal. Choose the interval that suits your household. Refills contain BioPure, FreshRinse, PureStep and SafeGuard; welcome accessories are first-order only.
Is it difficult to switch from my usual products?
Each pack has a simple job and its own directions. BioPure goes into the washing-machine drum at the dose shown on the pack. Follow FreshRinse’s dishwasher directions; dissolve surface and floor sheets as directed. QuickShine works with a clean cloth and a final dry buff.
Does Fragrance Free mean the whole pack is fragrance-free?
No. The scent choice applies to BioPure laundry sheets only. The other products have their own formulations and scents. If you have a known sensitivity, check each ingredient list before choosing.
What makes the routine less wasteful?
The sheets come in compact cardboard packs. Reusable plastic spray bottles and washable cloths are designed to be used again. FrogPop sponges are plastic-free cellulose, packed in cardboard. You can find the product-material notes at the bottom of this page.
What if I’m not sure the products will work for me?
Start with the genuine customer videos and Tru-Starter reviews above. Follow the directions and dose for each job. For a particular surface, fabric or ingredient question, contact the TruWash team before ordering.
Will I receive the accessories again with every refill?
No. Your welcome accessories come with your first order only. Renewals contain BioPure laundry, FreshRinse dishwasher, PureStep floor and SafeGuard surface sheets. Keep using your bottles, cloths and other accessories.
What if I use up one product faster than the others?
Your household sets the pace. Choose a refill interval of one, two or three months, and change the frequency or cancel in your customer portal. The refill is the four main sheet packs together; contact us if you need help choosing an interval.
Why choose FlexPlan rather than a one-time pack?
One-time includes the four sheet packs only. Both FlexPlan first boxes also include two QuickShine refills, two reusable spray bottles, a CLEAN 2-pack and a POLISH cloth. Deluxe upgrades the bottles to EverGlass and adds FrogPop sponges and a storage tin. Your selected first-order price and ongoing refill price are shown in the offer.
Do I need to pay for the full starter kit again?
No. Keep your first-box accessories. Regular and Deluxe renew with the same four main sheet packs: BioPure, FreshRinse, PureStep and SafeGuard. You choose the frequency. QuickShine refills, accessories are not repeated automatically.
How do I get the best finish with QuickShine?
Use a clean cloth to wipe the surface, then finish with a clean, dry POLISH cloth. The first FlexPlan box includes two QuickShine refill cans, reusable bottles and the POLISH cloth. Follow the product directions for refilling and surface suitability.
